Saskatchewan is a famous agricultural province. It needs a lot of water in spring and summer, but it is always so dry. It is rainy this week and people are very glad to see the flowers, trees and crops are growing up. That means it should be a bumper year. I am happy too. But I am not happy to see so many puddles on the road. Maybe the government should take an eye for this because the city’s  view and people’s safety are also very important.
